A concrete composition for a power supply road of the present invention is provided to reclaim power supply rails. The concrete composition comprises: 0.09-1.0 wt% of macro polypropylene fiber; at least one among 0.1-0.22 wt% of polyvinyl alcohol fiber and 0.07-0.2 wt% of polypropylene fiber; 17-26 wt% of cement; 3-8 wt% of water; 21-34 wt% of fine aggregate; and 38-57 wt% of coarse aggregate. The use of the concrete composition for power supply road eliminates numerous problems such as high surface permeability, destruction and cracks between the power supply road and concrete occurring due to weakened adhesion or physical impact created when transported or installed. Precast concrete can also be generated.
