摘要 The present invention relates to antistatic tufts of artificial lawn and a manufacturing method thereof and, more particularly, to new antistatic tufts for artificial lawn and a manufacturing method thereof, which can prevent burn caused by friction occurred during the use by increasing moisture content for the tufts for artificial lawn. In the method for manufacturing tufts for artificial lawn according to the present invention, a coating layer is formed by allowing resin for manufacturing tufts for artificial lawn through an antistatic coating liquid while extruding the resin in a linear film shape, wherein the antistatic coating liquid includes hydrophilic fibers, biodegradable fibers and a binder. The artificial lawn tufts according to the present invention can contain moisture for a long time without using an additional antistatic agent or hygroscopic resin, such as a conductive polymer, thereby providing a moisturizing effect. Furthermore, durability of the antistatic tufts for the artificial lawn is improved due to high elongation rate resulting from mix of fibers.
