The present invention relates to a device for painting a traffic lane, which comprises a mixing pipe capable of precisely mixing paint and a hardener, and a method for painting a traffic lane using the same. The device for painting a traffic lane according to the present invention can precisely adjust the mixing ratio of a paint base material and a hardener using a simpler structure than an existing device for painting a traffic lane to satisfy the properties of various paints, prevent the incomplete hardening of a traffic lane, and prevent the yellowing of the traffic lane by comprising: a base material storage unit for storing a paint base material; a hardener storage unit for storing a hardener; and a mixing pipe for mixing the paint base material and the hardener introduced from the base material storage unit and the hardener storage unit.
