PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wrinkles of a sheet and bubbles remaining in a sheet laminate.SOLUTION: In a liquid impregnation step, a liquid ES is supplied from a bag opening of a film packaging material 120 in a plurality of times, a pair of main surfaces 120a and 120b facing each other in the film packaging material 120 are sandwiched between a pair of press plates (first press plate 230, second press plate 240) from outside for each time the liquid ES is supplied, and the liquid ES supplied in the film packaging material 120 is raised in a sheet laminate 110 from a bottom side to an opening side of the film packaging material 120 to impregnate inside the sheet laminate 110 with the liquid ES. In an initial liquid impregnation step, a region to be sandwiched by the first press plate 230 is only a part of the pair of main surface 120a and 120b in the film packaging material 120. |
