PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard monitoring system capable of accurately and readily identifying a deteriorated air conditioner.SOLUTION: An onboard monitoring system 51 to be incorporated in a train 15 that has an air conditioner 61 incorporated in each vehicle 17 and includes: one vehicle 17 or plural vehicles 17 includes: an arithmetic unit 201 that identifies a deteriorated air conditioner from among the air conditioners 61. The arithmetic unit 201 obtains an on-state cumulative time for each vehicle 17 by cumulating an on-state time of a device, which is incorporated in each air conditioner 61, for a predetermined period, obtains an on-state cumulative time mean value of each vehicle 17 on the basis of the on-state cumulative times, identifies a deteriorated device from among devices on the basis of the on-state cumulative times and on-state cumulative time mean values, and identifies an air conditioner in which the deteriorated device is incorporated. |
