PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency in a photoelectric conversion device.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion module 200 includes: a first substrate 1; a photoelectric conversion layer positioned on the first substrate 1; a translucent sealer 20 positioned on an area from the photoelectric conversion layer 3 to the first substrate 1; a translucent second substrate 12 positioned on the sealer 20; a sealing material 21 which is positioned at the outer side of the sealer 20 and closes a gap between the first substrate 1 and the second substrate 12; and a low refraction index part 22 which is positioned between the sealer 20 and the sealing material 21 and has a refraction index lower than that of the sealer 20. |
