PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control system making it possible to remotely control pieces of on-vehicle equipment using mobile communication equipment.SOLUTION: There is provided a remote control system for pieces of on-vehicle equipment, which includes: on-vehicle equipment control devices 21 to 24 that control pieces of on-vehicle equipment mounted in a vehicle; mobile communication equipment 3 that remotely controls the pieces of on-vehicle equipment through the on-vehicle equipment control devices 21 to 24; and vehicle-side wireless communication equipment 4 that is interposed between the on-vehicle equipment control devices 21 to 24 and the mobile communication equipment 3 and processes wireless communication. The remote control system further includes: application execution means 30d that executes an application for implementing remote control performed by the mobile communication equipment 3; and execution control means 30c that when an application is activated, implements communication between the mobile communication equipment 3 and vehicle-side wireless communication equipment 4, and collates inherent information which is received through the communication, with inherent information registered in advance, and that if the collated pieces of information are consistent with each other, permits execution of the application, and that if the collated pieces of information are inconsistent with each other, inhibits the execution of the application. |
