PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed green tea drink which goes down well and has an aftertaste when cooled for drinking, and in particular, even when the liquid temperature increases to a lukewarm state with time elapse after cap-opening.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the packed green tea drink includes the steps of dehydrating (heating) raw material and filtering the extract, so that the tea extract of the green tea drink is adjusted to have a particle diameter (D90), i.e. 90 cumulative mass%, of 3 μm to 60 μm and adjusted to have a sugar-acid ratio of 0.12 to 0.43. |
