PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a device configuration of a multiplexing communication control device from being complicated and to suppress increase in device costs.SOLUTION: A telegraphic message control communication device comprises: a control unit that has a function to create an output telegraphic message including control information and a function to select an output telegraphic message from multiple telegraphic messages prepared in advance; a telegraphic message switching information generating unit that has a function to generate telegraphic message switching information per telegraphic message output cycle and add it to the telegraphic message; a conformity determination unit that executes conformity determination of the output telegraphic message; and an output unit that outputs the output telegraphic message to the outside of the device. The output unit transmits the output telegraphic message with the added telegraphic message switching information received from the telegraphic message switching information generating unit as a readback telegraphic message to the conformity determination unit. The conformity determination unit executes conformity determination of the readback telegraphic message by use of the output telegraphic message directly received from the telegraphic message switching information generating unit, and transmits its determination result to the output unit if the readback telegraphic message does not have conformity. The output unit fixes the output to the outside of the device to a safe side. |
