PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a plurality of devices whose acceptance/rejection of use are determined by information managed by a server when the respective devices cannot communicate with the server in the same manner as a case when the devices can communicate with the server.SOLUTION: Each of the plurality of devices for executing a job corresponding to an operation transmits authentication information stored in a storage medium carried by a user to the server, and writes record data for specifying an own device into the storage medium when the authentication is notified. In the case that the server is in a communication disabled state, each device acquires management information indicating a job that can be specified by the user from another device specified by the record data written into the storage medium. Then, each device receives an operation for setting a job shown by the management information acquired from the other device. |
