PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flood prevention information distribution system that enables grasping of accurate precipitation information and water level information, and recovering distribution of information to a host server, if the distribution is disabled, without requiring human intervention, to reduce the running costs.SOLUTION: A flood prevention information distribution system includes: precipitation-water-level data obtainment parts 51, 53 for obtaining data measured by a measurement sensor 3; a precipitation data sampling part 52 and/or first/second water-level data sampling parts 54, 55 for sampling the data obtained by the precipitation-water-level data obtainment parts 51, 53; a communication part 57 for distributing to the data sampled by the precipitation data sampling part 52 and/or first/second water-level data sampling parts 54, 55 to a host server 2 for every given time; a communication monitor part 58 for monitoring distribution status of the communication part 57; and a communication recovery part 60 for urging the communication part 57 to distribute data distribution of data to the host server 2 by restarting an observation apparatus 1 in a case of the communication monitor part 58 observing a state of inability to distribute data for a given period of time. |
