PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional organic glass having no problem of adhesiveness, and in which the function of a functional layer having a rugged structure is not damaged.SOLUTION: Provided is a functional organic glass 1 obtained by fusing the side 31 of the resin base material 31 of a functional sheet 3 having a first functional layer 32 made of a rugged part x and a buried part y burying at least a part of the rugged part with an organic glass 2.The rugged part and/or buried part of the first functional layer is preferably formed from a curable resin composition.
