PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production system of a thermoplastic resin foam capable of producing a thermoplastic resin foam having excellent appearance.SOLUTION: Provided is a crosslinking apparatus 3 in which a sheet of a thermoplastic resin composition including a thermoplastic resin and a crosslinking agent is heated, and the thermoplastic resin is subjected to crosslinking treatment. The apparatus comprises: a pair of heat transfer plates of holding the sheet of the thermoplastic resin composition; and a heating element of heating the sheet of the thermoplastic resin composition via the heat transfer plates. A plurality of through holes with an aperture area of 0.5 to 0.4 mmcirculating a gas produced from the thermoplastic resin composition are formed on at least either or both of a pair of the hear transfer plates, and the aperture ratio in the heat transfer plate(s) with a plurality of the through holes formed is 0.5 to 3%.
