The present invention relates to a system and a method for automatically verifying web platform based content. The system for automatically verifying the web platform based content comprises a verification server unit for generating or reconfiguring one or more test cases for verifying the content and for storing content information for verification; and a terminal unit for verifying the content according to the verification data and for receiving verification data including the test case and an application ID of the content from the verification server unit. The terminal unit includes a content storage unit for storing the content received from the verification server unit; a web platform included for operating the content stored in the content storage unit; and a test agent for providing the test case ID and the application ID to the web platform and for extracting the test case ID and the application ID from the received verification data. A technology for verifying the web platform based content; for searching the content including the application ID; and for verifying the searched content using the test case ID is provided. According to the present invention, the web platform improves the efficiency and convenience of verification by automatically verifying the content according to the order of the test case combined within the test space provided from the verification server unit.
