PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately and strictly manage a valuable medium considerably damaged and intensely stained by a valuable medium processor.SOLUTION: The valuable medium processor is constituted of: imaging means for imaging the image of a valuable medium which is an object of payment processing; input means for inputting amount information of the valuable medium on the basis of the image data of the valuable medium imaged by the imaging means; and storage means for storing the image data imaged by the imaging means as information related to the payment processing and the payment information input by the input means in association with each other.
