PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical liquid container and a plug, capable of favorably preventing leakage of a medical liquid and mixing-in of foreign matter due to insertion and removal of a needle even in the case of using a plug made of thermoplastic elastomer, and also achieving simplification of a structure of the plug.SOLUTION: A medical liquid container 10 includes: a container body 20 for storing a medical liquid 12; a mouth part 30 provided on the container body 20; and a plug 40 for hermetically sealing the mouth part 30. The plug 40 allows a needle 13 for taking out the medical liquid 12 in the container body 20 to pierce therethrough, and it is a foam molding body formed by foaming thermoplastic elastomer. Since the plug 40 is constructed by the foam molding body of thermoplastic elastomer, a number of bubbles is formed in the interior of the plug 40. Thus, the elastic restoring force of the plug 40 can be heightened and also the medical liquid 12 is held in a rugged part formed in a passing hole for the needle 13. |
