PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To employ a resin frame to maintain positional accuracy of a component to which a driving force of a gear or the like is to be applied.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: a rasin frame 17; a gear 37B having a shaft with one end supported by the frame 17; a first metal support member 33 fixed to the frame 17 to support the other end of the shaft; a second metal support member fixed to the frame 17 and supporting a driving source; a belt 27 transmitting a driving force from the driving source to the gear 37B; a driving pulley 23 which transmits the driving force generated in the driving source to the belt 27 and is supported by the second support member; and a driven pulley supported by the first support member 33 and having a belt 27 stretched thereon, to transmit the driving force transmitted via the belt 27 to the gear 37B. |
