PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas dissolving apparatus which has a relatively simple structure but can dissolve gas efficiently in liquid into a supersaturated state.SOLUTION: A gas dissolving apparatus comprises an upright columnar tank 50, and gas-liquid mixture supply means for pressurizing a gas-liquid mixture prepared by mixing liquid with gas and supplying the mixture into the tank 50. A nozzle 40 is disposed in an upper portion of the tank 50 for injecting the gas-liquid mixture toward the bottom face side of the tank 50. A partition plate 60 is disposed in the tank 50 at a position, where the gas-liquid mixture injected from the nozzle 40 into the tank 50 collides, and such that a clearance 70 is formed between the partition plate 60 and the inner circumference of the tank 50, so that the tank 50 is separated into two upper and lower regions 50a and 50b. |
