PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method to obtain a heat adhesive property fiber in which a binding shape defect is small when being processed to a nonwoven cloth and a fiber structure.SOLUTION: A production method of a thermoplastic resin fiber is a method to produce a thermoplastic resin fiber in which at least a part of a fiber surface is composed of polyolefin by a melting spinning method, and is characterized in that during a discharge step of a thermoplastic resin from a nozzle to a taking-up step when performing melting spinning, to a fiber surface in an unstretched state, a polyether and polyester copolymer is adhered to a fiber weight in the unstretched state, then fiber in the unstretched state is drawn, and a hydrophilic oil solution is imparted to a fiber weight of the stretched yarn. |
