PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for intuitive monitoring activity by displaying the tracks of an intruder in videos, acquired by a plurality of monitor cameras of a monitoring area, in one overhead image (video).SOLUTION: In an intruder monitoring system where an intruder intruded into a monitoring area is detected, and the image and tracks of the intruder thus detected are displayed on a monitor, a video server displays the background image of a blind spot area, that cannot be captured by a plurality of cameras in the monitoring area, by interpolating from videos capturing around the blind spot area, performs mobile prediction of the position and tracks of the intruder passing through the blind pot area from the tracks of the intruder until immediately before entering the blind spot area, and creates an overhead image so as to be displayed by the images obtained by clipping the image of the intruder, acquired immediately before entering the blind spot area along a mobile prediction track. |
