PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a circumferential length difference of a unit strip which is generated while a composite strip formed from a laminate of a plurality of unit strips is wound around an uncoiler, from being accumulated within the composite strip between a strip feeding device which draws the composite strip from the uncoiler and supplies it to a shear, and the uncoiler, in a winding core manufacturing apparatus comprising the strip feeding device.SOLUTION: A lower feed roller 21A of a strip feeding device 21 is formed from a hard material, and an upper feed roller 21B is formed from a soft material. A part of an outer circumference of the lower feed roller 21A is meshed to the upper feed roller 21B together with a composite strip AS to be supplied, and a curved portion is formed in the composite strip which passes between both the feed rollers. Thus, a difference is generated between feed amounts of unit strips per rotation of the feed rollers, and a circumferential length difference of the unit strip is prevented from being accumulated between the feeding device and an uncoiler. |
