PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pharmaceutical composition for oral administration in which the bitterness caused by bromhexine and/or salt thereof is masked.SOLUTION: In a pharmaceutical composition containing 0.05 wt.% or more of (A) bromhexine and/or salt thereof, 0.1 pts.wt. or more of (B) acesulfame potassium is blended with respect to 1 pts.wt. of the (A) component.
