A calculation part 101 calculates an index representing the strength of a relation between at least one or more attributes of the user performing the prescribed action to the content and a certain user's attribute. An evaluation part 102 performs evaluation based on an attribute of content to a certain user in accordance with the index calculated by the calculation part 101. A generation part 103 generates a list including at least one or more content information by reflection the evaluation by the evaluation part 102.
