PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection accuracy of an angle sensor by reducing the influence of an error signal of a non-regular path.SOLUTION: A sensor stator constituting an angle sensor 9 includes: detection coils 10 and 20 in which a plurality of planar coils are connected to each other in such a manner that the winding directions thereof are alternately switched and arranged in a circumference direction; a stator side rotary transformer coil (stator side R/T) 30 disposed inside the detection coils 10 and 20; and a stator substrate provided with the coils 10, 20 and 30. A sensor rotor constituting the angle sensor 9 includes: an exciting coil 40 arranged at a location opposing to the detection coils 10 and 20 and constituted of the planer coil; a rotor side R/T 41 arranged at a location opposing to the stator side R/T 30 at the inside of the exciting coil 40. Cancellation coils 51 and 52 for cancelling an error signal of a non-regular path which is directly transferred to the detection coils 10 and 20 from the stator side R/T 30 are provided on the stator substrate, and the cancellation coils 51 and 52 and the detection coils 10 and 20 are connected in series. |
