PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston cooling jet capable of securing inflow of oil into a pressure chamber.SOLUTION: A piston cooling jet 1 includes: a housing 2; a nozzle 3 projecting outwardly from the housing 2 and capable of injecting oil O to a piston 91; a valve 4 capable of reciprocating inside the housing 2 and including a valve side oil passage 40 to which a load Fu is applied from a surface side by an oil pressure in an engine side oil passage 900 and which communicates with the engine side oil passage 900; a valve opening position restriction part 62 which restricts a position of the valve 4 in a valve opening state in which a communication between the engine side oil passage 900 and the nozzle 3 is allowed; a pressure chamber 21 defined inside the housing 2 in a back side of the valve 4; a pressure adjust passage B arranged between the pressure chamber 21 and the exterior of the housing 2; and a communication securing part 72 securing a communication between the valve side oil passage 40 and the pressure chamber 21 in the valve opening state. |
