PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which there was no system capable of supplying hot water at a proper temperature in good timing when a user uses including a case where remaining water in a water heater and a pipe for heating hot water to be supplied and in a water storage tank has gone totally cold.SOLUTION: A power generation system includes: a first hot water supply pipe 121 which is configured in such a manner that it supplies water in a hot water storage tank 111 to an additional heating device 123 from the hot water storage tank 111; a water supply device 160 which is arranged above the first hot water supply pipe 121; a heat quantity measuring instrument 124 which measures heat quantity consumed by a heat consuming device 125; and a controller 130 which estimates future heat consumption quantity on the basis of the heat quantity measured by the heat quantity measuring instrument 124, and executes preliminary heating control for heating water in the first hot water supply pipe 121 before heat utilizing time which is specified based on the estimated heat consumption quantity by predetermined first time. |
