PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condition visually confirming device for an endoscope, inserted together with the tip of an endoscope into a specimen sample and easily visually confirmed when it is pressed to the specimen sample.SOLUTION: The tip 3a of an endoscope contains an imaging part 14. A propulsion device 22 for an endoscope is removably mounted to the tip 3a. The propulsion device 22 for the endoscope includes a membrane 40 moved circularly to generate propulsion power. The membrane 40 is supported on an outer unit. The outer unit includes a front bumper 54a at the forward end side. The front bumper 54a constitutes a visually conforming tool 60 together with the membrane 40. The front bumper 54a has a bellows part 63. When the propulsion device 22 for the endoscope is pressed to the specimen sample, the bellows part 63 is elastically deformed in the radial direction orthogonal to the axial direction together with the membrane 40 to enter the observation range of the imaging part 14. .
