PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform self diagnosis of the capacitance change of a capacitor.SOLUTION: In voltage detection mode, SW6A and SW6B are turned on and SW53, SW54, SW81, and SW82 are turned off to put an inverter circuit 9 into a non-inverting state, and SW4A, SW4B and SW5 are turned off and SW51, SW52, SW3A, SW3B, SWB3, and SWB4 are turned on to set an electric charge. Then, SW51, SW52, SW3A, SW3B, SWB3, and SWB4 are turned off and SW4A, SW4B, and SW5 are turned on to detect VB4. In self diagnosis mode, SW51 and SW52 are turned off and SW5 and SWB4 are turned on to put the inverter circuit 9 into the non-inverting state. SW4A, SW4B, SW6A, and SW6B are turned off and SW53, SW54, SW81, SW82, SW3A, and SW3B are turned on to set the electric charge. Then, SW53, SW54, SW81, SW82, SW3A, and SW3B are turned off and SW4A, SW4B, SW6A, and SW6B are turned on to perform diagnosis with an output voltage. |
