摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently cool a high temperature section of a gas turbine and to improve power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: A gas turbine cooling system 30 comprises: a cooler 31 which produces cooling air by cooling compressed air extracted from an air compressor 11 on a gas turbine 10; a cooling air compressor 34 which supplies the cooling air to a combustion cylinder 13 of a combustor 12 on the gas turbine 10; and an inlet guide vane (IGV) 35 which adjusts a flow rate of the cooling air. A control device 50 of the gas turbine cooling system comprises: a target value setting section 52 which sets a target value for an equivalent flow rate of the cooling air in accordance with a detected temperature of the cooling air; corrective drive amount calculation sections 53 and 54 which obtain a corrective drive amount which reduces deviation of the equivalent flow rate of the detected cooling air from the target value; and a drive command output section 57 which outputs a drive command in accordance with the corrective drive amount to the IGV 35.
