摘要 The present invention relates to a pipe coated with an anti-corrosion paint for preventing corrosion and, more particularly, to a pipe having an internal/external anti-corrosion coating integrated with a coupling packing, and to a method for coupling same, wherein a resin having high restoring force and elongation is used for the anti-corrosion paint, and the entire outer perimeter of one end of the pipe is integrally coated with the anti-corrosion paint to a certain thickness or the entire inner perimeter of an inlet connecting portion is integrally coated to a certain thickness, thereby forming a coupling projection simultaneously having a coupling means for connecting two pipes together through press fitting and a packing means for sealing. Thus, when the ground is shifted by means of a natural disaster, such as the ground sinking or an earthquake, the coupling projection having high restoring force and elongation absorbs the impacts or shaking so as to stably maintain the coupled state of one pipe to another, and in addition, the manufacturing costs of the pipes is significantly reduced because a flange or a separate coupling member and packing are not required due to the coupling projection being integrally formed with the anti-corrosion paint, and construction costs can be reduced by improving constructability in the connecting of two pipes through the use of a simple press fit by means of the coupling projections integrated with the anti-corrosion paint. The present invention is provided in the form of a hollow pipe, wherein a first connecting portion is formed on one end of the pipe, and a second connecting portion is formed on the other end and has a connecting inlet portion into which the first connecting portion of another adjacent pipe is inserted and installed. The internal and external surfaces of the pipe are coated to a certain thickness with the anti-corrosion paint for preventing corrosion so as to have the generally required anti-corrosion performance. The same material as the anti-corrosion paint is continuously coated on the first connecting portion of the pipe, all the way around over the upper surface of the conventional anti-corrosion paint coated thereon, to at least the thickness of the gap occurring due to the flare for required packing performing of 0.5 mm minimum more than the certain thickness, thereby integrally forming the coupling projection. Pipes can be installed connected to each other by securing the coupling projection formed on the first connecting portion of the pipe with the second connecting portion of the adjacent pipe using the anti-corrosion paint coated thereon as an adhesive. Also, pipes can be installed connected to each other using the anti-corrosion paint as an adhesive to secure the integrally formed coupling projection of the first connecting portion of one pipe (on which the same material as the anti-corrosion paint is continuously coated all the way around over the upper surface of the conventional anti-corrosion paint coated thereon to at least the thickness of the gap occurring due to the flare for required packing performing of at least 0.5 mm more than the certain thickness) to the integrally formed coupling projection of the second connecting portion of another pipe (on which the same material as the anti-corrosion paint is continuously coated all the way around over the upper surface of the conventional anti-corrosion paint coated thereon to at least the thickness of the gap occurring due to the flare for required packing performing of at least 0.5 mm more than the certain thickness).
