The present invention relates to a carriage for welding pipes and, more specifically, a carriage for welding pipes which is provided to efficiently perform a welding work and to significantly improve welding quality by having a welding torch inserted and fixed inside a pipe while being integrally installed and fixed on a drive shaft of a drive motor, wherein the welding torch, which is fixed on and supported by a clamp and a guide ring, is rotated together with a body of the drive motor by operating the drive motor at a regular orbit and a constant speed, and automatically welds the end of a pipe onto the circumference of a hole of a metal plate. The carriage for welding pipes comprises: a fixed shaft having one side inserted and fixed in a pipe; a drive motor having a drive shaft including the drive shaft installed and fixed on the end of the other side of the fixed shaft; a rotatory bracket installed and fixed on the body of the drive motor; a rotatory ring installed rotatably on the other side of the fixed shaft; and a clamp and a guide ring which are installed and fixed on the sides of the rotatory bracket and the rotatory ring respectively and which have a head and a tip of a welding torch contained therein, and fixed and supported at a constant angle thereby. The rotatory bracket and ring is rotated on the fixed shaft by operating the drive motor, and make the welding torch rotate at a regular orbit and a constant speed to weld the end of the pipe onto the circumference of a hole of a metal plate. |
