PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that reduces the influence on an element layer by a magnetic signal.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a first coil 20 for generating a magnetic signal: a closed-loop second coil 30 placed under the communication coil 20 via a first insulation layer 15; and an element layer 12 placed under the second coil 30 via a second insulation layer 13. The communication coil 20 has a rectangular shape in plan view and has a structure of a dual coil. When the second coil 30 receives the magnetic signal generated and emitted by the communication coil 20, an eddy current flowing through the second coil 30 is generated, and magnetism is generated by the generated eddy current so as to cancel the magnetic signal emitted by the communication coil 20. |
