PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket dispenser installed in a parking lot capable of reducing necessary human resources for parking lot management without sophistication of the function of the ticket dispenser.SOLUTION: A ticket dispenser includes: a printer printing and issuing a parking ticket 80; a detector for detecting a relevant quantity for issued number of tickets relevant to an accumulated value of the number of parking tickets issued by that printer; and an encryption unit for converting actual data expressing the detected relevant quantity for issued tickets to encryption data 200 a user is not able to decrypt by referring to a preset encryption table. The printer prints at least encryption data 200 to the parking ticket. When the user transmits the encryption data 200 on the parking ticket to a parking lot manager in a remote location through communication equipment, the parking lot manager is capable of determining whether or not the printer requires maintenance while staying in the remote location by decryption of the received encryption data. |
