PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device which has sufficient rigidity capable of resisting against an external force while the voltage detection work thereof can be performed easily and safely.SOLUTION: A power storage device according to the present invention includes: a first outer packaging body which covers at least the outside of a surface having an external terminal of a power storage element and is made of a resin; and a second outer packaging body which covers the outside of the first outer packaging body and is made of metal. The first outer packaging body has a first through hole at a position corresponding to the external terminal or a predetermined site of a conductive member electrically connected to the external terminal, the second outer packaging body has a second through hole at a position corresponding to the first through hole, and the diameter of the second through hole is larger than that of the first through hole.
