PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict useless consumption of fuel accompanying with a situation in which number of revolution just after starting an internal combustion engine becomes higher than a desired number of idling revolution.SOLUTION: An engine torque at the time of starting an internal combustion engine is detected, an external load when the internal combustion engine is started is detected and the external load is increased in such a way that the engine torque and the external load may become equal during a period in which the number of revolution reaches a desired number of revolution after starting the internal combustion engine. |
