PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet loadage detection mechanism capable of detecting a loadage accurately even for a curled sheet.SOLUTION: In a sheet loadage detection mechanism, a plurality of fillers 19, 20 and 21 are attached at specified intervals in the sheet width direction to a rotatable shaft 18 arranged in the sheet width direction in a sheet discharge part discharging a sheet S, and individual tips of the fillers 19, 20 and 21 are brought into contact with an uppermost sheet S loaded in the sheet discharge part. When the sheet loadage in the sheet discharge part reaches a predetermined full quantity, the state is detected by a detection sensor 23 bound to the shaft 18 and having a shading member 22, or a detection member. Attachment angles of the fillers 19, 20 and 21 to the shaft 18 are different from one another. |
