A substantially water-free pressurized propellant mixture is provided, comprising at least one pressure-liquefied propellant, at least one carrier, at least one bactericidal disinfectant, optionally at least one emollient- humectant and optionally at least one organic solvent. The invention also provides a pressurized pharmaceutical fill composition formed by mixing said pressurized propellant mixture with at least one therapeutically effective agent.
