PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidification control system and the like capable of preventing fire and degradation of quality due to charging of a base material, while saving energy.SOLUTION: A humidification control system 1 controls humidification in a printing room 2 in which a gravure printer 3 is installed. The humidification control system 1 includes a plurality of surface potential measuring devices 5 for measuring a charging amount of a base material 44, a hygrometer 7 for measuring a humidity in the printing room 2, a humidifier 11 for humidifying the printing room 2, a control device 9, and the like. The control device 9 executes the humidification in the printing room 2 by the humidifier 11 when a maximum value of the charging amount of the base material 44 measured by each of the surface potential measuring devices 5 is more than a control value of the charging amount, and when the humidity in the printing room 2 measured by the hygrometer 7 is lower than the control value of the humidity. |
