PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device the chromaticity-oriented characteristics of which do not deteriorate even if a multilayer substrate is used, and the light extraction efficiency of which is excellent.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 1 comprises: a multilayer substrate 10 having a recess 10a formed in the center; a metal film 20 formed on the bottom surface of the recess 10a; a light-emitting element 30 arranged on the metal film 20; a light reflective resin 50 formed around the light-emitting element 30; and a sealing resin 60 filling the recess 10a. Grooves 15, 16, 17, 18 are formed intermittently around the light-emitting element 30 in the multilayer substrate 10, at positions of a predetermined distance from the side of the light-emitting element 30. On the bottom surface of the recess 10a, the light reflective resin 50 is dammed by the grooves 15, 16, 17, 18, and formed on the outside thereof. |
