PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust optical magnification and a focal point with a spectrum sensor including a lens and a prism.SOLUTION: An optical system of a spectrum sensor includes an interferometer having a polarizer and a birefringent element, a movable lens capable of adjusting a focal point, and a line image sensor, in this order along an optical path from a light source. A method of adjusting the optical system of a spectrum sensor includes the steps in which reference light of a predetermined wavelength is incident toward the interferometer by a reference light source, light condensed by the lens through the interferometer is received by the line image sensor, the light received by the line image sensor is subjected to Fourier transformation to generate spectroscopic spectrum data, and then a focal point and optical magnification are automatically adjusted based on the generated spectroscopic spectrum data. |
