PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cocoa beverage including cocoa raw material to which a vegetable foodstuff and milk material are added, having a pH of 4 to 6 to impart acid taste, with excellent flavor as a tasty beverage and sustainable, stable quality.SOLUTION: The beverage includes cocoa raw material and a sweetener which are dissolved in water, with which a vegetable foodstuff optimized to beverage is further blended as main additive foodstuff. The vegetable foodstuff itself or an acid-inducing additive to be separately added allows the pH value to be adjusted to the range of 4 to 6. |
