PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consumption-related support device capable of providing a user with support information related to the power consumption of the user by the content suitable to the user attribute and in the form of conforming to the user situation.SOLUTION: A power consumption-related support device includes: life-related data accumulation means for accumulating life-related data generated from a life-related amount including a power consumption amount; user attribute estimation means for estimating a user attribute on the basis of the accumulated power consumption data of the user by using a user attribute table recording a pre-set user attribute correlated with an individual power consumption pattern; and support information determination means for determining support information for the user on the basis of the estimated user attribute of the user and the life-related data of the user accumulated in the life-related data accumulation means by using a support information table recording pre-set support information and a pre-set value, range of values, or condition of the life-related data by associating with each other for an individual user attribute.
