PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an approval prediction device, an approval prediction method, and a program capable of quantifying a possibility of approval or rejection of a medicine.SOLUTION: A similarity centricity scale which is a centricity scale including a degree centricity of protein constituting a protein similarity network, a medium value centricity, a distance centricity, and a bioinformatical analysis constraint value is calculated. A mutual action centricity scale which is a centricity scale including a degree centricity of protein constituting an inter-protein mutual action network, a medium value centricity, a distance centricity, and a bioinformatical analysis constraint value is calculated. By using a classification device which uses approval attributes of medicines, a total value and an average value of medicine targets of the similarity centricity scale and a total value and an average value of medicine targets of the mutual action centricity scale as training data, a rejection score which is a probability of classifying a compound to be verified as a medicine to be unapproved, and the rejection score is output. |
