PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor surface mounting type terminal capable of easily connecting an electric wire and the like, and maintaining a proper electric connection state between it and a conductor.SOLUTION: A terminal 10 comprises: a base part 22 adhered and mounted to a conductor surface 200; a first contact 44 extending from both of right and left ends of the base part 22 and having a first electric contact point 46 arranged below the base part 22; an opening 28 provided on the base part 22 and filled with an adhesive 80 for adhering the base part 22 to the conductor surface 200; an arm part 42 extending upward from a rear end of the base part 22; and a second contact 44 extending above the base part 22 from an upper end 42a of the arm part 42 and having a second electric contact point 48 positioned above the upper end of the arm part 42.
