PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner in which a dust collection container can be attached to a cleaner body in a state that a filter assembly is attached to the dust collection container properly.SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner includes a cleaner body, a dust collection container 3 that is detachably attached to the cleaner body, and a filter assembly 4 that is attached to and detached from the dust collection container 3 in a bayonet manner. A first notch 51 is provided to an opening edge part 3A of the dust collection container 3, a second notch 52 corresponding to the first notch 51 is provided to a rear outer cylinder 41S of the filter assembly 4, and a convex part corresponding to the first notch 51 is provided to the cleaner body. If the filter assembly 4 is properly attached to the dust collection container 3, the first notch 51 and the second notch 52 are aligned with each other. If, conversely, the first notch 51 and the second notch 52 are displaced, the first notch 51 does not engage with the convex part 81, and the dust collection container 3 cannot be incorporated into the cleaner body 2. Thus, it is found that the dust collection container 3 and the filter assembly 4 are not connected properly. |
