PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate continuity of the entire seal impression frame of seal impression without overlapping.SOLUTION: An information processor generates a contour frame 8 to be a contour of a seal impression frame 7 from a seal impression 6, arranges a plurality of evaluation areas 9 so as to locate a portion of the generated contour frame 8 within a rectangular area without overlapping, and sets the evaluation areas 9 such that the entire contour frame 8 is located within the area of one of the plurality of arranged evaluation areas 9. The information processor 1 evaluates continuity of a portion of the seal impression frame 7 located in an area in each set evaluation area, and evaluates whether the seal impression 6 is in a sealed state suitable for collation by evaluating the continuity of the entire seal impression frame 7 on the basis of the evaluation of the continuity of the portion of the seal impression frame 7 in each evaluation area 9. |
