PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing silver fine particles, which can manufacture the silver fine particles in a short period of time and at low cost.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing silver fine particles includes: adding an aliphatic amine having six or more carbon atoms such as octylamine, hexylamine and oleylamine as an organic protective agent into water as a solvent (so that molar ratio of silver compound to silver becomes 0.05 to 6); adding a reducing agent such as hydrazine and NaBH(so that molar ratio of silver compound to silver becomes 1 to 6); also adding a silver compound such as a silver salt and a silver oxide (so that silver ion concentration becomes 0.01-1.0 mol/L in reaction aqueous solution); and performing reduction treatment of the silver compound at a temperature of 10-50°C, to produce silver fine particles having an average primary particle diameter of 10-200 nm. |
