PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easier to grasp a three-dimensional structure by bringing a three-dimensional image close to the size of an actual structure when a tomographic image is recomposed to generate the three-dimensional image, thereby improving the accuracy of diagnosis.SOLUTION: A radiation image in each photographing direction is acquired, which has been photographed by the irradiation of radiation to a subject from a plurality of mutually different photographing directions. A plurality of tomographic images of the subject are generated based on a plurality of the acquired radiation images. Compression tomographic images are generated by subjecting the plurality of the generated tomographic images to compression processing in a direction perpendicular to tomographic planes of the tomographic images. A range of a plurality of the photographing directions is acquired, and, based on the acquired range of the photographing directions, a compression ratio of the compression processing is set. |
