PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of clogging of a filter in a flocculation reaction apparatus having a preliminary dehydration function, in order to achieve downsizing of a solid-liquid separation system and improvement of processing efficiency.SOLUTION: A flocculation reaction apparatus 4 includes a flocculation reaction vessel 120 having a bottom inlet through which sludge and a polymer flocculant are supplied, an agitation member 124, a motor 126 to drive the agitation member 124, and thickening means 128. The thickening means 128 is equipped with a thickener body 140 having a structure of a cylindrical filter stacked with fixed plates and movable plate spacers in the vertical direction. The liquid portion of the agitated sludge enters the thickener body 140, collects in a charge box 142 and is then discharged through a drain pipe 146. A rotation shaft 130 rotates the movable plates to prevent clogging of the filter. |
