The present invention relates to a metal oxide thin film substrate, a method for manufacturing the same, and an organic light emitting device comprising the same and, more specifically, to a metal oxide thin film substrate capable of being applied as an inner light extraction substrate of an organic light emitting device since a highly efficient light extraction effect can be quickly and easily obtained; a method for manufacturing the same, and an organic light emitting device comprising the same. To achieve this, the present provides the metal oxide thin film substrate which comprises: a base substrate; a metal oxide thin film formed on the base substrate; and a plurality of light scattering particles which is dispersed inside of the metal oxide thin film and is consisted of materials having a refractive index difference with the metal oxide thin film, the method for manufacturing the same, and the organic light emitting device comprising the same.
